Terms of Use Agreement

Welcome to BlueBeetle Digital Development Limited’s application (“App” or “Software”) and related services (“Service”). This Terms of Use agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms under which you (“User” or “you”) may use our App. By accessing, viewing, or using the App, you express your consent to the terms outlined herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please discontinue your use of the App immediately.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at our discretion. We will notify users of any such changes, and the updated terms will be available through the Software. Continued use of the App after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Account Registration

To use the App, you must register for an account (“Account”). You must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the statutory minimum age per your home country’s law.
• Be legally permitted to use the App under your home country’s laws.

You are not allowed to use another person’s account without permission. We retain the right to terminate or suspend any Account at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

Content Guidelines

Prohibited Content:
Users may submit photos, text, and other materials (“Content”) to the App. However, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE): We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding child safety. You are strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, or disseminating any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, or endangers child safety. Any violation will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
• Offensive or harassing language or imagery.
• Obscene, pornographic, or violent content.
• Abusive or discriminatory material.
• Content that encourages illegal activities.
• Defamatory or libelous statements.
• Commercial-related activities.
• Malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
• Infringement on third-party rights.
• Unauthorized images or videos of individuals.
• Content that violates the laws of your home country.

Your Content:
You are solely responsible for Your Content. Personal information should not be displayed publicly. By uploading Your Content to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use it. We reserve the right to remove any content at any time.

Other Users’ Content:
Content submitted by other users belongs to the user who posted it. You do not have rights to other users’ Content and must not misuse it.

Intellectual Property Rights

The App is independently developed by us, and we retain all intellectual property rights associated with it.

• You must not infringe upon our intellectual property rights.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works of the App without our consent is prohibited.

Scope of the App License

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the App for non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• Create derivative works or commercially exploit the App.
• Use the App for illegal activities.
• Compromise network security.
• Interfere with the normal running of the App.

Privacy

For information on how we collect, use, and share your personal data, refer to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

User Age Restrictions

The App is not intended for juvenile users. If a juvenile does use the App, they must do so with the consent and under the supervision of a guardian.

Paid Service

For paid services (“Paid Service”), payments are accepted as indicated before purchase. Prices may change, and no refunds are issued after purchase. If your payment method is invalid, access to Paid Services may be revoked.

Disclaimers

• The App may have potential risks such as service interruption due to various factors. We are not liable for these risks.
• We are not responsible for any loss due to technical issues or force majeure.
• We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Service at any time without prior notice.
• Downloading unauthorized versions of the App carries risks, for which we are not liable.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against any third-party claims or damages arising out of your use of the App, your Content, or your violation of this Agreement.

Miscellaneous

• Rights and obligations under these Terms cannot be transferred without our written authorization.
• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”). Disputes will be resolved through arbitration by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (“CIETAC”), South China Sub-Commission.
• We reserve the final interpretation right on these Terms.
